Is this a healthy eating habit throught the day? - healthy rice crispy treats

Bowl of cereal in the morning.

Slice of pizza
Banana
Rice crispy treat for lunch

Roast beef with gravy over rice, dinner

For drinks throughout the day, I had nothing but water
Snacks few strawberries and a little something the rest of the baked potato.

Id say it is
but received waann as the mite, cheese pizza only
and get a towel and grease
cried many calories
but not forgotten
5 miles it takes to remove a piece of pizza to order!

Not at all. If you're Goin to eat cereal or Kashi cereal. Banana is the only healthy thing for lunch and roast beef is not healthy, that is the only fat sauce and rice should be brown. Water and strawberries are good, and if you eat a baked potato and a sweet potato should not Push Things

Everything is very good, but not healthy slice of pizza ..
to replace if u such a small salad, small sandwiches, vegetables ... then it is healthier
