Possibilities include neurofibromatosis, Bell's palsy, and shellfish poisoning. I would like to see a doctor. Perhaps nothing, but could not significantly. Good luck.

Perhaps the beginning of a stroke. It happened to my husband, go to the emergency

HIG or low blood pressure can mimic the signs of stroke.Sounds BP lower than me. I'm a doctor and I have seen many times before. Do not worry so much about stroke. Check your blood pressure every morning for a week or two, and review course, if you feel sleepy or dizzy. Take drugs? Muscle relaxants can also cause numbness and dizziness.

You can create a trans-TIA (who suffered ischemic attack).

No reason to panic, but you should have a doctor as soon as possible to consult. A TIA is like a miniature bar, but not necessarily herald a massive stroke. My wife had such an experience for 28 years and she suffered no permanent known problem. In his case, could not speak and was paralyzed for about 30 seconds long. The doctor we were not to be concerned seem. We were young and invincible at the moment and not thinking much. It is good that you ask.

Sounds like a stroke, call your doctor or, better yet, call and ambulance.
