Veggie cookery courses? - cookery holidays
Hello!
My mother loves vegetables, boil to think a little hippy ( "Crank", if you know). Cook for her birthday this month of May a public holiday to cook the vegetables / course is, but I can only find online are very stylish and elegant - rustic mother wants most, the things of the earth.
It is for them not to go abroad.
Can you recommend somewhere? When Cranks has a cooking school that would be perfect, but I think they do.

Try to contact with a school in your area to see if you could have something.
You can also talk to the local shops, to meet the tastes of vegetarians and see if they know of any, cooking classes in your area.
Who knows, even if they can do now, since their interest was a show to start.
