What can be wrong with my Motor Scooter? - scooter wheals for sale

My 150cc Motor Scooter released if the world. Straddling about 35, I stopped going. The engine starts and stops again, and speed than normal, but maybe not. Ideas? I would do the job itself, as the repair is not cheap.

First you should have two strong hands, and be careful
Be sure to push the kick starter shaft pull the cover, the tree remains in the engine, it will prevent the spring to kick in and fix a new problem.

Sounds like the belt CVT is completely broken. This is a difficult solution, remove the side panel and the film, which was written by the size anywhere. Get a replacement, and waiting, you get to give change to ... not hard to do if you know how, if not almost impossible Dang! :)

Yes, sounds like the band broke up. Malossi Kevlar belt leads for most models. The people I know who ride on the new switch to them for what is not broken again.

Hey, sounds like the belt broke. This is long, usually under the hood, if you use a kickstart, that will have a post reporting that a kick start. On a bike, as my son is attached Suzuki Katana SC, the rear wheel to the other side of the deck that I mean the deck is connected.

If it is a default configuration, you can buy a new belt, take the kickstart and remove the screws on the lid - usually head Allen screws. When in cover, do not break the paper seal or just a new band with the case - which are really cheap.

Once you have coverage, you can immediately see if the tape breaks. Remove the old belt and other residues (there are usually a couple of flakes and debris from the old rubber band and can block the mechanism of initiation or start-up agreement if they are left there) and the establishment of a belt.

You should see 2-wheeler from there, small and large. Insert the new band on the premiere, making sure that it is right in the slot, you will see. Then put the tape on the small - Do you like it too narrowly on, even if only most of the tape, and turn the big wheel in the opposite direction, it will move to the belt on the sprockets. A bit like being back in a bicycle chain according to the narrowest.

Then put the seal and lid (in the thread too tight or not) pull the strings, and it is good to go. It is a relatively simple task to take longer than one hour if everything was as planned. Good luck:)

Your bike is probably a type of CVT transmission with a belt, I suspect that your belt broke that. You must remove the big plug on the left side of the engine / tranny access to the tape.

GY6 150cc video tapes. . Be careful in a temporary space on the front pulley and gravity cause install rollers to close the drive and must be removed to change the belt completely.
